Beach schools take action for homeless children

The Virginia Beach Public School system is taking action and getting results for homeless and underprivileged children.

The Beach School Office and the office of social work services have joined several organizations for the Jump Start 2012 Program.

Today, at the Plaza Annex, students were treated to free haircuts, new clothes and school supplies just in time for the new school year.
