Dare County Commissioner, candidate for state house race hospitalized in Norfolk

DARE Co., N.C. – Warren Judge, candidate for a North Carolina state house race is in the hospital, according to WITN.

Judge is a Democratic candidate running for House District 6. This district includes parts of Washington, Dare, Beaufort, and Hyde counties.

WITN says a spokesperson for Norfolk Sentara General Hospital stated that Judge is a patient in their heart hospital.

Judge’s Facebook page says that the candidate fell ill Wednesday night and that he is undergoing treatment.

Judge is currently a Dare County Commissioner. He is running for State Representative Paul Tine’s seat against Beverly Boswell.
